The location provides a tropical feel in a lakefront setting, though outdoor spaces could be improved for guest use. The dining experience is amazing, offering a wide selection of fresh products, and the facilities are top-notch.
The hotel offers renovated, spacious, and very clean rooms with lovely views of Lake Michigan. However, the service seemed disinterested and the restaurant service was slow. The location is fantastic, conveniently close to the Genesee theater and State Park camping ground.
