The hotel is set in a beautiful park directly across Lake Michigan, offering stunning sunrises and sunsets. The rooms are lovely with an amazing view, but noise from neighboring guests can be bothersome at night. The service is exceptional, from the front desk staff to the Food and Beverage manager. The location provides a tropical feel in a lakefront setting, though outdoor spaces could be improved for guest use. The dining experience is amazing, offering a wide selection of fresh products, and the facilities are top-notch.

The hotel offers renovated, spacious, and very clean rooms with lovely views of Lake Michigan. However, the service seemed disinterested and the restaurant service was slow. The location is fantastic, conveniently close to the Genesee theater and State Park camping ground.
